With more than a decade of experience, Michelle Hubele Rubin is your writing helper. 

Since founding Your Writing Helper in 2006, Michelle has helped companies, professionals, and artists strengthen their communications and highlight the caliber of their expertise.

Michelle has served as a writer, editor, teacher, writing coach, and proposal manager to help her clients achieve their goals. She holds a Master’s of Fine Arts degree in creative nonfiction from the University of Arizona, has won service awards for her work as a proposal manager and technical editor for the national lab system, and received an elite teaching award nomination for her work teaching writing at the university level. She additionally worked for an engineering firm for more than fifteen years, which provided her with a breadth of technical experience to inform her editorial services.

Her creative work has been printed in more than 15 national and international publications, including America, Science and Technology ReviewBDC Magazine, and Mora. In 2008, she received the Tully Award for research on pilgrimage in a globalized age, and in 2012, she received the University of Arizona Foundation Award for her essay “The Great Divide.”

She lives in Eugene, Oregon.
